The company has raised $37.5 million in funding from venture capital firms Greylock Partners and Sequoia Capital. There is a waitlist to subscribe to the search engine and initial users are given free to use till the end of this year. Neeva has raised $37.5 million till now, with equal investments from Greylock, Sequoia Capital and Ramaswamy himself.

Neeva will also provide users with similar protections and even has a Digital Bill of Rights that states their principals about privacy.
